YG002C Fiber Fineness Analyzer is a new type of fiber diameter measurement analyzer. This equipment connects an optical microscope with a computer through a high-resolution industrial camera, and relies on professional analysis software to complete fiber diameter and cross-sectional area testing. It can also measure the content of various fibers in blended fibers. The equipment has established cooperative relationships with multiple research institutions such as Jiangnan University, Jiangyin Vocational and Technical College, and Shenzhou Group.

[Functional Features]:
1. Used to observe the cross-sectional morphology and measure the cross-sectional area of various chemical fibers, irregular fibers, and hollow fibers;
2. Fast measurement speed, simple operation, and avoidance of human error.
3. After measuring multiple fibers, the software will simultaneously display the diameter, variety name, number of measured fibers, as well as the average, standard deviation, CV value, maximum and minimum values of the measured fibers. By using professional analysis software, statistical reports can be directly output in formats such as EXCEL, WORD, etc., making it convenient to query and print them out at any time.
4. Provide a library of standard samples of special animal fibers and chemical fibers, which is beneficial for laboratory personnel to compare and improve their identification ability.
