[Purpose]
YG981-III fiber oil extractor is used to quickly determine the oil content of various fibers such as wool and synthetic fibers. It is suitable for factories, scientific research and inspection units in the wool spinning, synthetic fiber, cotton spinning and other industries, especially for rapid determination of oil content control in the process.

【 Principle and Characteristics 】
This instrument uses solvent extraction method to extract oil from fibers, which is based on the same principle as the Soxhlet method. It extracts the surface oil agent of fibers with ether or other solvents, evaporates the solvent, and then measures the oil content.
The characteristic of this instrument is to mechanically squeeze the fibers during extraction and simultaneously heat and evaporate the solvent, thereby accelerating the extraction process. A pair of parallel experiments can obtain results in about an hour.
This instrument is modeled after similar instruments in the UK, Japan, and other countries. The main unit adopts a fully metal structure, which is sturdy and durable; The temperature control part adopts advanced technologies such as large-scale integrated circuits and linear calibration, ensuring correct temperature control and easy use.
