The winding process program is controlled according to the process parameters set by the user, such as winding speed, winding width, winding layers, winding density, etc. The stepper motor is used as the power winding, and the imported Autonics subdivision precision stepper motor drives the precision linear light bar to perform reciprocating wire arrangement. The adjustable tensioner can adjust the yarn tension according to needs.
Mainly used for winding sample cards of yarn, nylon thread, polyester thread, embroidery thread, gold and silver silk thread and other materials, it can wind 1-20 color samples on hard cardboard with a length of 100-290mm and a width of 10-50mm.
