Scope of application:
The YG086 touch screen electronic yarn length measuring instrument is used to shake a certain length of yarn or chemical fiber filament, weigh it with an electronic balance, and calculate the linear density of the yarn or chemical fiber filament (tex, fractional tex, denier D, yarn count, etc.). It can also be used to wind yarn and make twisted yarn samples.

Definition of yarn line density:
①. Tex refers to the weight in grams of a 1000 meter long yarn at a predetermined moisture regain.
②. Dtex refers to the weight in grams of 10000 meters of fiber or yarn at a predetermined moisture regain.
③. Denier (D) refers to the mass in grams of a 9000 meter long fiber at a predetermined moisture regain.

1. This machine adopts a touch screen display, which does not require complex button operations. Users can set parameters through the touch screen, and the speed and real-time number of turns are directly displayed during operation.

4. This machine adopts a closed-loop stepper motor driver and introduces a closed-loop control system, which can achieve more precise control of the stepper motor, more accurate positioning, and more effective acceleration and deceleration.
5. This machine adopts a single synchronous wheel synchronous belt transmission, which eliminates the need to replace carbon brushes and reduces the cost of after-sales maintenance compared to traditional DC motor transmission methods.
