The YG086 Denier Tester is used to shake 100 meters of plastic flat wire (single wire) and weigh it with an electronic balance (accurate to 0.1g) to calculate the Denier value of the plastic flat wire (single wire).

Definition of yarn line density
①. Tex refers to the weight in grams of a 1000 meter long yarn at a predetermined moisture regain.
②. Dtex refers to the weight in grams of 10000 meters of fiber or yarn at a predetermined moisture regain.
③. Denier (D) refers to the mass in grams of a 9000 meter long fiber at a predetermined moisture regain.
